Il semblerait qu'il vous manque des redistribuables Visual C++ Microsoft nécessaires au parser Mascot de Matrix Science.

Vous trouverez ici deux redistribuables à installer (http://www.profiproteomics.fr/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/Proline-Zero-MicrosoftDependencies.zip) Par contre, il faut les droits d'admin pour cela... (si vous n'avez pas les droits, l'administrateur peut récupérer ces versions sur le site de Microsoft directement).

Pour information, nous avons mis à disposition une nouvelle version de Proline, la version 2.0 accessible ici:  http://www.profiproteomics.fr/proline-release-2-0-now-available/  ou sur la page Software....
