How to change typical protein to exclude a specific tag ? [From Previous Forum]

I'd like to specify a rule that exclude a specific tag from protein accession : don't chose '*'Fake 

  • sp|P1234|ABC  : OK
  • sp|P1234Fake|ABC  : NOK

In Change Typical Protein feature, to be able to exclude a specific tag : 

  • The advanced RegEx button should be checked
  • The following string should be specified : sp\|.*[^(ups)]\|.*
