This workshop provides a state-of-the-art overview of quantitative proteomics approaches, from sample preparation to statistical and bioinformatics analysis of mass spectrometry data.

🔬 Topics covered: relative quantification, quantification of complex samples and post-translational modifications, statistical analyses, methodological limitations, and FAIR principles.
