The PPM node is organizing a training course on “Reprocessing proteomics data with Perseus software” on April 10 and 11, 2025 in Montpellier.
The aim is to understand the principles of quantitative proteomic analysis in order to carry out bioinformatics data processing using Perseus software : half a day of theory followed by 1.5 days of computer practice.
It will take place in Montpellier as part of the BioCampus Montpellier technological training workshops.
